Terms of Love | You & Me Restro

1. THE GUEST AGREEMENT

By using the You & Me Restro portal (`youandmerestro.sbs`), you agree to these Terms of Love. These rules ensure a harmonious dining experience for all our guests. We reserve the right to modify these terms as our café grows. Your continued presence signifies acceptance of these romantic protocols.

2. MENU INTEGRITY

Our menu items (`js/products.js`), culinary descriptions, and romantic imagery are the proprietary property of You & Me Restro. Unauthorized reproduction of our recipes or design elements is considered a breach of culinary trust and intellectual property laws of India.

3. DNC/NDNC WAIVER

Hospitality Communication: Effective service requires direct communication. By enlisting as a guest or submitting a reservation request, you explicitly waive your rights under the National Do Not Call (DNC) or NDNC registry. You grant You & Me Restro the perpetual right to contact you for order confirmations, table updates, and promotional romantic offers via Voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS. This waiver is mandatory for utilizing our digital services.

4. ORDER FINALITY & REFUNDS

All culinary orders are prepared fresh upon your request. Cancellations are only permitted within 5 minutes of placing the order via the "Service Request" (Checkout) page. Once the kitchen initializes the preparation, no refunds will be issued. Discrepancies in dish quality will be addressed through credit or immediate replacement at the café's discretion.

5. GUEST CONDUCT

We maintain a "Cozy & Respectful" environment. Any disruptive behavior, physical or digital, may result in immediate session termination. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who violates the spirit of the Restro.

6. BORDERLESS JURISDICTION

All disputes related to these terms will be governed by the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
